A free Drupal 6 theme coming to ya soon...

my Drupal theme

Today, i've had some free time to start a new Drupal 6 theme which i'm quite excited about because it uses the colour module so the template colour can be changed on the fly without needing to mess around with too much CSS.

Part of the reason to use the colour module was that i didn't fine a lot of templates out there for Drupal that harness the power of the colour module. As i was building the template and trying to integrate the colour module, i realise reason why the colour module isn't used too much, possibly because it is time consuming creating those transparency images needed.

Anyway, this template is a simple and clean design that also allows for 3 column / 2 column / 1 column layout with and additional bottom blocks added to the footer section. It can all be configured within the admin panel. I personally, think a 2 column layout looks the best on this template but decided it was best to let users have the flexibility to decided how many columns they wish to use.

Once this template is completed (hopefully by next week) it will be release under the GPL so everyone can download it for free.

I hope to have a name for the template before release date. Here is a preview screenshot. Be sure to be back to check on the progress...
