Getting back to updating this site again soon

It's been a long time coming. I've not updated this site in ages but i'm eager to get back to adding more articles about Drupal.

Can't wait to get some stuff up about Drupal 8, the log awaited major version completely revamped (almost).

There's also a new kid on the block called Backdrop (a Drupal fork) that i've been considering moving over to after some indepth assessment of the cms and reflecting this with our business market, it may make a lot of sense to use both. Anyway, more on that soon...

Follow this useful guide: http://gigaom.com/2010/05/17/how-to-replace-your-imacs-hard-drive/

Last year, Microsoft announced that IE10 will not be supporting conditional comments. With their history, this is obviously a risky move. Up to now, to target quirky behaviour in IE6-9, developers have been using conditional comments, conditional classes, and other IE-specific hacks.

Top 4 Advantages of Drupal Over Wordpress

Although Wordpress is used more as a blogging platform than an all-out content management system, many webmasters and organizations use it to organize and manage content. Wordpress offers easy remote access for bloggers looking to update their sites from any computer with an Internet connection, be it from web hosting company or a local Internet provider. The platform is also easy to use and provides functionality that enables those with limited coding knowledge to deploy simple websites.
